Reasonable stay overall
central pool lush plants book taxi helpful staff good breakfast poor lighting no sink plugs missing curtain
The riad features a central pool surrounded by plants. This created a tranquil atmosphere. Staff members helped us book taxis. Breakfast was good each morning.
The room lighting was poor. I did not find any sink plugs. The dressing room lacked a curtain, and it opened to the corridor.

mixed experience at this riad
poor room lighting missing sink plugs
i found several aspects of my stay disappointing. there was a noticeable lack of sink plugs in the bathroom, a detail that i consider essential for a comfortable stay. the room lighting was also poor, it made it difficult to relax or work effectively in the evenings. i also noted that the description omits the fact that there is no bar and that alcohol is not served due to the location.

unused suite several things
The location at the kasbah is convenient.
The junior suite was not satisfactory. It felt unused for a long time. Several things Were not working, but the staff addressed it immediately. THE experience was therefore a mixed bag.

cave-ish layout helpful overview gorgeous riad
Said gave a helpful overview of what I could expect. The riad is gorgeous. I stayed in the Fez room for two nights. This room has a cave-ish layout. The Dharkala room had better lighting and a good layout for luggage.
The light switches in the Dharkala room worked strangely.

Really good Hospitality and Beautiful Setting
superb kindness kind gesture
the staff demonstrated superb kindness and efficiency. they provided assistance in many ways, for example storing our luggage until late evening. upon our return, we received offers to stay in the lobby until our airport departure. tea, orange juice, and pastries were also offered as a kind gesture.
the lighting in the room was somewhat dim. the master light switch also controlled the bedside lamps. this made it difficult to have adequate lighting while reading in bed.

the hotel is in the kasbah area, proving convenient access to nearby eateries. the souk is only a short walk away. this location offers both accessibility and a degree of peacefulness away from busier streets.

Uneven Experience
poor room lighting handheld shower
I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The lighting in the room was quite poor. the shower was handheld, which I personally found less convenient than a fixed showerhead. (I prefer being hands-free!) There were no sink plugs available, a small detail that added to the inconvenience.
